My name is Theresa Niewiadomski and I am the Founder and CEO of Creative Caregiver Support. The caregivers who work the hardest are often the most overlooked, which is why Creative Caregiver Support is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for those caregivers to find community and resources. We look forward to serving the Northeast Ohio area, and building those meaningful relationships with local businesses and family caregivers.

Theresa has 30 plus years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker. She has worked for the local Area Agency on Aging for 18 years and is currently their Family Caregiver Support Specialist.  Theresa has successfully facilitated several family caregiver support groups since 2020.

She has helped 100s of caregivers one on one over the phone or by email and has connected with numerous community resources such as The Alzheimer’s Association, Parkinson’s Association, Probate Court, Vantage Aging, and The Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis. 

She is also a former Master Trainer in Powerful Tools for Caregivers, Certified Caregiving Consultant via Caringyears.com, Certified in Dementia C.A.R.E.S. under Health Care Initiative, and is currently in the process of obtaining certificate in Caregiving Group Facilitation.
